Basel 3 skeptic know believes it will likely go thru later this month ... revaluing Gold is the quickest/easiest way for the banks to strengthen their deteriorating balance sheets - particularly the weak EU banks, and the weak ECB that's carrying 10,000 tons of currently under-valued Gold .....
