I do not think that is happening here. That sounds more like the consolidation plays like the rumors about NECA. I'm a new Monopoly afficianado myself having been grandfathered into the club by IFAN but my take on them is that Monopoly is incredibly efficient at taking shells current and executing reverse mergers, They don't waste time with countdown clocks and dilution delays. They move fast and get it done. Judging by AVVH they are able to attract quality companies for the RM. This is one of their lowest floaters with no baggage so I'm looking for them to allocate their best candidate company and to prioritize getting this one done.
