GNCC CAPITAL, INC. CONFIRMS UPCOMING CORPORATE ACTIONS
Las Vegas, NV, June 2, 2021, GNCC Capital, Inc. (GNCP.PK) (“The Company” or “GNCP”) can confirm that Premier Development & Investment, Inc. (PDIV.PK) (“Premier”) is acquiring a number of GNCC Capital, Inc. shares of Series “B” Convertible Preferred Stock and from existing shareholders.

The controlling shareholders of Premier requested that the Company increase its Authorized Common Stock and prior to Premier concluding these transactions.

This we have complied with as we are required to do so in terms of the Certificate of Designation of those Classes of Preferred Stock.

At such time as these Amendments to our Articles of Association are filed in WY; we will file on OTCIQ, the amended Articles of Associations as well as the disposals and acquisitions; as above-mentioned.

Needless to say, Premier is an Affiliate/Insider shareholder of the Company and is not permitted to hold unrestricted shares of our Common Stock.
