Par value means squat. What matters is revnue and restricted shares for 6 months+. In the otc that's all that matters.. Look at tsnp/ hmbl or enzc or cyio , etc...all with par value of sub pennies trading at 100's of millions of dollars some with bloated O/s in billons. Bottom line folks care about future potential and revenue it brings in, currently with a market cap of 4 mil$ compared to some real pos otc out there with 300 mil $ market cap and no revenue. The market will soon correct to real pps regardless of negative or positive post ..
