Talk to Fidelity. I have all my 401k in a trading account. No reporting, daytrade to your heart's content, no 3 day funds settling, etc. They will not let me short, however. And although I rarely trade an otc anyway, they usually want me to call that in.

I tried options...always lost money, lol. I don't bother with them now.
