If the trial fails the downside could be considerable (0.05). The upside potential is astronomically larger though.

We almost certainly have no safety issues at this point so the odds of a total failure are pretty low. It's hard to imagine Brilacidin not providing some improvement...its all a question of how much.

Definitely not a good time to be short though. Stock could go 5x or more on good results overnight.
