You want to work your brain thinking side a bit.....Reading In Romans 1-- I have always focused on the sins, then and now....this morning I am learning that Paul's real focus is not on the "sins"---but on Judgment----which will follow throughout Romans. when I get to digging in the real problem is "Idolatry"----not the sexual sins----, Idolatry from the O.T., In the N.T. the term for idolatry is "covetousness"......(Colossians 3:5). good explanation also comes from Luke 16:13-& Matt. 624

I looked up in one of my Bible dictionary. --- Covetousness--A strong desire after the possession of worldly things. It assumes something more aggravated form of avarice, which is the mark of cold hearted worldliness


AVARICE = Greed----all this got me thinking on how many just are not happy with what they have in life, how the grass always looks greener over there. Think on this--to a man who is broke a $10. bill is a big thing, to a man who has a $10. bill and $100. bill sure would be nice and so & forth....sort of like the gov't, enough is never enough
