My opinion it's being held back for a reason. Maybe to try and shake shares for insiders. Or to shake out the weak mile challa. Keep the money in true investors hands. Could be her strategy. Why ONLY a skull and crossbones with no written warnings on the otc site? She knows what she is doing. Good luck to whoever sold out cause you probably will not get back in under .01
