Closing out the story here folks, just for the record this company was never a scam, it had some serious hard core patented waste water recycling technology 40 foot mobile skids, and patents, but its key target major market sector was fracking water recycling for the explosion of Nat Gas well frack-ing that died in 2014 when the success of Frack-ing led to a Nat Gas glut, that crashed Nat Gas prices 80% and finally to a 40 year low 90% drop from 2008 highs as of last year.

They were in real competition with Halliburton, and after 2014, tried to make a new market for water recycling for the Cannabis market from what I heard.

The Founder of Fidelity Investments was a major investor of the sister company that was buying ESPHQ manufactured, specialty Nat Gas Frac-ing waste water recycling mobile rigs, and rented them out.

They recycled the waste on site, to save the cost of trucking in scarce water, reduced off site disposal of waste water.

Major market shifts killed it, and lack of agility to find and fund new markets, that already had solid competition and technology...

It is shame the guy that took what he could in BK, that kept the company funded...in its last years did not save the company.
