The authorized is only 750 million. They cannot dilute much further.
I am a realtor by trade and this app could very well allow many folks to invest in real estate when they simply cannot buy their own house right now with demand so crazy in many parts of the country.
The float is extremely low comparably to other penny stocks.
This could also be a game changer for the travel business as Airbnb and VRBO are skyrocketing in popularity, favorites among the millennials.
I have three millennial children that use them instead of hotels all the time.
The industry has incredible room to grow!
