Stockyogi, We are going to have to be a bit more patient. Alot of good things coming but it’s not going to happen as previously projected.

New CEO coming on board, figure end of June.
It will take 3 months for sec to approve the S1 once its filed, which should also occur in June.

After S1 is approved then they move forward with ticker change and rs.
