Someone correct me if I am wrong ....But as of today June 1st 2021 there are Basically 2,425,067,141 Because don't forget Roger changed the conversation rate on his 5000 prefered shares from 1-1 to 1-100,000 or 500 million shares!!
the
1,925,067,141 outstanding plus the 500 million that can now be converted to common shares. There needs to be room from authorized shares to convert.
So Basically 2,425,067,141 shares
