It seems like a great move if HF weren’t printing counterfeit shares after shares....there comes a point when AMC needs to recognize legal actions against the DTC are necessary to prevent further fraud....a court order seems appropriate “stop printing counterfeit shares”.

AMC is going to have an actionable case against DTC in less than 24 hours.

I almost expected AMC to announce another delay in share count....but I think we get an estimate of how many counterfeit shares are floating in US and Canada. No way to count across seas counterfeits with brokers refusing to cooperate. Guessing Credit Suisse Group has something to hide.....
