They won't be announcing anything more than dilution in my opinion. This is not Korite, which holds 90% of the ammolite. This is a start-up possibly hoping to get a hold on the remaining 10% - or settling to be a cheap reseller.

Expecting dilution, and with this micro-float the PPS will drop like a rock
