For the record, I've also stated for a long time, that in my OPINION, had the plaintiff's asked for release from c-ship giving them the ability to raise funds and re-list, along with the end of the NWS there was a settlement leg to stand on because there was no expense to the defendant other than lost revenue by stopping the sweep. Once they asked for and incorporated monies to be returned...THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING, and here we are...
