I am on the phone with the SEC as I type. I have the 14a in front of me and I will be asking what will the procedure be to eliminate and correct the illicit issuance of those escrow shares. Since the C/D was done fraudulently, they can not be issued into the market and that is what matters to me. I also have a message at Golden gate for them to call as soon as they get into their offices. Stay Tuned, folks! I do believe I have good news coming! Mr. TrendGreen
