Surely, to prove a point the EXAMPLE should be a true institution not a fly by night who isn't.

First- That doesn't prove they do. Nor would they. They are investors not traders.
That "assumption" that they do is a weak and falls short of anything convincing.
Blackrock BUYS to HOLD as do others.

The same kind of assumptions are made when used to build credibility that there are fundamentals. The assumptions are they'll get x am't of contracts before year end. Then with that assumption its built on with another assumption ie the stock will go to some unimaginable px.
No Facts! Just plain ASSUMPTION. And still ZERO Fundamentals
( being wider losses, squeezed margins, existing contracts in question).
The stock is stuck in the mud and will remain there never to see its old high or close until it demonstrates its product is in huge demand .
The market doesn't BUY inflated stories story . Witness the collapse in px from the high.
When the technicals change or the fundamentals show true, I'll change with them.Until then I'll not hype this stock when its undeserving.
