I don't think that's what they meant - only that its an opinion day and that they will cover it and give their take on it if they happen to issue the GSE opinion. I think this has been their standard statement on opinion days - at least I believe I have seen this before.

The Fox article mentioned that we had something like 26 cases left so I think the odds are against seeing it today. Although, like I said before - its been about 6 months since orals so it is certainly reasonable to expect it at any time. But we will see it before the summer break.

It was interesting that the Fox article didn't mentioned the GSEs. Its hard to believe that something we all waited so long for and know how important it is to the world economy - especially now with the pandemic - doesn't rate a few words. Not to get mentioned is probably good for us - but its still kind of sad that the press thinks that public holds it in so low regard in terms of importance.
