Yes, and they may have made a side deal to influence a buyout, with their block being bought at a premium by BP.

However, by the time they can get a vote to even get a board seat, much less replace anybody. The LH results will be known, the Brazil trials interim might be known and will affect voting and price.

The LH results will be a huge factor because of the potential future market , nothing can be completed towards a buyout in a month so the results there will drive opinion on a potential buyout .
