SEC conviction in identical case to UAMA CEO violations!

Benoit Laliberte claimed "NO" to question in Pink disclosure documents to question on "prior convictions in past ten (10) years! Clearly a falsehood as there is evidence that the Court's decision on the AMF appeals resulted in Judges decision finding Mr. Benoit Laliberte guilty of three (3) additional counts in 2009. Evidence is clear and unambiguous!

Brooks did same thing only he was small time compared to the 44 convictions amassed by Benoit Laliberte for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
