If you are saying this case should get some kind of priority - I think we are in a very, very distant fourth place.
The ACA case potentially involves trillions - so in comparison - as large as it is - the GSE cases involve comparative chump change.
Then we are talking the most sacred of American institutions - guns and the third rail of American politics - abortion.
As many of the commenters on this board have said - most Americans are unfamiliar with the GSEs and what they really do. In terms of the Government, most wouldn't know the difference between the GSEs and GSA.
So, in terms of political fallout - this situation works to our advantage. If all four decisions are issued about the same time - say in the last couple of weeks of June - the GSE decision may get page 2 treatment in the Wall Street Journal and unreported elsewhere although Bloomberg may publish some negative editorial. The only other notice that the general public may get of the results is a job vacancy announcement for Director of FHFA in USAJOBs.com.
