It's a dead stock. They shut down ApexCCTV a few months ago, they got evicted from their office building in April of last year, the new CEO has said literally nothing since being appointed, same for the "board", nothing has come out of Oasis Capital buying a 10% stake, their last quarterly filing was Q3 of 2019, their social media profiles are dead or suspended, and there hasn't been a press release on anything since 2019 so there's no evidence that they've done anything of merit in the 1.5 years since the old CEO was charged with multi-million dollar international wire fraud.

It's going to be stuck hovering in 0.02 - 0.03 land until the company proves it has a pulse by actually doing something. Zero signs point to that happening though.
