The share structure is coming directly from the Transfer agent listed on OTC Markets. The share number is probably near 6B due to the $1M+ convertible debenture that was outstanding. The split shield means Pacific Stock is verified by OTC. My guess is that the $1M debenture was converted mostly in the range of .0001 - .0003.
