Marc Jablonski, who has served as CEO of DxSolutions in AZ, set to plead guilty to conspiracy to defraud U.S. by getting kickbacks from @arrayit prez Mark Schena for having allergy tests - some unneeded - to be run by company to boost reimbursement claims, per @USAO_NDCA

Paul Haje, who was @arrayit VP of marketing, also set to plead guilty in connection with scheme, per @USAO_NDCA
