The article is entitled "Asia Broadband (AABB) Stock Explained" and in the article they stated the following (and this is a copy/pasted right from the article)
"On May 25, 2021, Asia Broadband Ord Shs’s share price was $ 0.23 at 10: 25 AN UTC-4. It shows a 2180% increase from the previous close, which was at $ 0.21. Besides that, the number of shares traded over the past 30 days is 23.26 million. The lowest and the highest share price over the past 52 weeks is $ 0.0019 (lowest) and $ 0.66 (highest)."
Seriously, does anyone proof read what they write anymore? They are stating that a 2 cent increase i.e. from 21 cents to 23 cents constitutes a percentage increase of "2180%!" While I'm sure that they knew the actual percentage increase between the two consecutive closes was only 9.5%, I would not "bet the farm" on an article such as this where they are too busy promoting to take a moment and catch such an obvious error.
