I think it's very likely that Lenz will be 10k a dose in the USA.

There will be basically zero demand in the states for an drug like Lenz for COVID by the end of summer.

I agree the price could be lower in the EU and elsewhere since the USA pays the most of any country for health care. In poor countries, I would not be surprised to see a large reduction in the price

Could be lower? Definitely will be lower. And poor countries? No poor country is going to be buying Lenz. They cannot even provide the basics necessities let alone buy Lenz. Look at India which is not a horribly poor country and has a very high percentage of today's cases. They would never buy Lenz... Not a million years. They cannot even provide oxygen for the majority of their COVID patients.
