What is the purpose of all that advertising? To answer that question you would have to know who the managers are. I don't care about BUCKYBOY's eloquent explanation that will surely come. YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE A WIFE, KID, FAMILY MEMBER, to really really really know their purpose of all that hype. In fact, the Q1 balance sheet says WKSP is IN FACT sitting on 10 million in cash with about $200,000 in production equipment. WKSP is now working with Canadian technological institute that hasn't cost WKSP anything. SO WHY THE REG A? They obviously don't need that big REG A money to deal wuith Canadian tech institutes. The REG A money just sits there with no big investments to actually grow REALIZED SALES FIGURES. The IRS might start forcing WKSP to pay dividends instead of keeping that cash sitting there. The IRS increases TAX REVENUES to the government by forcing corporations to pay dividends if they have TOO MUCH CASH sitting around instead of INVESTING THAT CASH IN PRODUCTION PROJECTS TO GROW SALES.
