Each counterfeit share has a digital certificate that can be traced, who sold it or made it IOU. I presume all this data is on a secured DTC server or servers. DTC needs to come clean with AMC CEO after June 2. Now this is partially based on known fact and also contains my legal conjecture DTC is screwed if Adam Aron takes them to court.
The DTC holds a $67 trillion insurance policy, fact.
AMC will have share count sometime after June 2 to June 10. My conjecture is based on OPEN SEC meeting scheduled for 6-10.
Also my conjecture DTC must fire up their computers to get full share count by balancing all IOUs. IOUs are literally the counterfeit shares that dilute AMC real share value. If there are 1 billion synthetics market makers have diluted AMC stock 3:1 fraudulently*. DTC will have to count IOUs as shares if APES are diamond handing their digital certificate/IOUs**....this is WHY the DTC is trapped into balancing the books. Is it my fault DTC has drafrauded Americans... No. Is it my fault SEC hasn't enforced laws...No. Is it illegal for me to share my opinions of how we've been robbed by market makers?...No. Again, my conjecture is mine if you disagree we can debate it or we can ignore each other.....(generally speaking not attacking any APEs)
DTC has a choice, they can either have their entire board charged with fraud and conspiracy or they can balance their books by close on June 2.
I speculate as long as DTC starts balancing on June 2 AMC will not press legal actions... If DTC fails at its job, AGAIN, APES have the mother of all legal claims against DTC and their $67 trillion policy and I for one will want PUNITIVE damages!
Again I have used my own conjecture for my above theory.
