Ridiculous. We all got taken. Who knows the true players on this board. We are now heading into damage control. Check out all the other subsidiaries tax returns - such a layered and exotic scheme. What’s a board member going to do? What happen to the shareholder meeting? Truly Sad - I have to agree with Shep - hope for a run.
