Your deduction is quite wrong though.
The whole OTC was in a bear market since Feb up until 2 weeks ago. So to say PPS has been dropping for 3 months is a bit ridiculous.

I held over 22 OTC plays and I was green in every single one in feb( with at 120%+) on the average...every single one declined by at least 50% from feb high. In fact VITX was my only OTC stock that held through the downtrend until two weeks ago.

Check out G*MER...I had it at 0,07 in feb and it dropped to 0.01 just two weeks ago. And within 3 days went over a dime.

I get your frustration about the delay but I don’t think the PPS has any bearing on how quickly we will move when news hit!
