I see you erased your original message and replaced it after reading my response. But your original quote is captured for all to see in my previous post. I love when someone mocks someone else but is 100% wrong. Doh!

Hospitalizations have been declining but we are just now opening up. People are going to go to church, concerts and sporting events etc. And a lot of people aren't going to be vaccinated. So it is impossible to say with certainty that hospitalizations will continue to decline.

But let's say hospitalizations go down to 1,000 per day (which would take a long time to get to at the current pace of 10% less per week). That is still 120,000 people who will be hospitalized over 4 months. That is over a billion dollars in revenue and that is only in the US. And then next winter comes. People's vaccines will be wearing off. New mutants will arrive. Covid is here to stay just like the flu.
