There are still 5,000 patients becoming severe every day in the US. And we're only opening up now. It could get worse when we are fully opened up. And Covid will get worse next winter. Covid will be like the flu where vaccines are effective but will never come close to wiping it out.

Wrong... Hospitalizations were 3,100 last week (down 10% from the prior week) and have been dropping significantly since January when Americans started become vaccinated. No vaccinated person will ever need HGEN and by the end of summer the vast majority of Americans (including children will have been vaccinated).
