I just posted this on another platform, thought I'd copy it for here as well.

ASTI will run when the powers that be decide to make it run. For whatever reason the time is not now, but the time will come. Probably be when some of the note holders need to sell more shares, when the company is ready and has things lined up. For those who think that's necessarily a bad thing... big runs are created in penny stocks to create retail interest... so that note holders can sell their shares. Remember when ASTI had weeks with over 2B in volume? Do the math - that was something north of $100M traded in those weeks. $100 million+. Just look at the chart - the volume bars then the price point and you can see it: https://schrts.co/zGUdpPnn
Multiple weeks like that.

ASTI is holding on to news for now, so they can get everything lined up and coordinated with the VC's/note holders. That's my best guess. It's either that or they are completely ignorant as to how penny stocks work and how to allow note holders to make their money back plus profit. And with the crew they have involved now... I don't think financial or penny stock ignorance is in play. It's something else. Meaning - timing.

The 2 main things that got me into ASTI were the new players involved, and the dollar volumes being traded. The company is real, the product is great, they own multiple patents on tech that used by the likes of NASA, they have well known customers, they got rid of the debt that was crippling them, they got current with their financials, they're starting to ramp up the hiring of employees and production of solar products... But almost no pumpy PR's to get retail excited again. YET. But I'm certain they'll ramp that part up again - too many note holders with too many shares to sell. Again - that's not a bad thing - it's basically how OTC stocks work. It's not a fair market by any means -but retail investors can still make big profits if they know the game. Part 1 was earlier this year. Part 2 is coming.

Again, I'm not implying the company isn't legit by calling it a game - they're obviously on their way to bigger and bigger contracts in a growing space. But how the share price gets manipulated, along with retail investors, so that note holders (VC's, banks, etc) can sell their shares IS a game. It's a damn difficult one to time right, which is why I'm a little under water right now. But I've hung on because I know it's just a waiting game now. It'll come.

And when it does, I'm f*cking locked and loaded.
