The people that are pumping it up so they could dump it at 50% gains. Lol. Please do your own DD before getting sucked into something you'll be potentially stuck with. Or call the company apparently they have no issues responding (BS)!? They can respond to someone, but can't submit anything or plan to submit anything to make them current or state they are in the process of doing so? Just my 2 cents worth. $100 might not hurt, if it explodes, anything above that, just be ready to part with it imo. As far as low float, if it was the case, this would move 5 fold with 200 million traded. Always do your own research before jumping blindfold into a pump. :)
