Axas, unhedged, should propose $10/share offering

to stockholders for 20 million

shares to be sold to pay off the

big debtors of the company...


A Restricted Share offering should

be done with 1 year hold restriction...


And offered first to all current

shareholders of any share size...


And then to general market for

the balance at set $10/share price...


AXAS could then save all the

interest cost and also have

control over using cash flow to

fund well growth programs...


I would take the 1st 500 shares

if they will put #1 on the share

legend at issue...


So we watch...LJ
