The BOD can't even schedule regular BOD meetings. Let alone do anything productive like inform shareholders of anything.

The BOD is negligent with their fiduciary responsibilities to the company by letting the current management do things that are actually illegal. (letting a non employee use company money for personal use. All documented on Pacer) The BOD should be held accountable for allowing this and other egregious actions.
