PLEASE REREAD UPDATED!!OTCBB LISTING AND BLACK SEA. If misunderstood I apologize. Black Sea Minerals is not a listed stock and IMO will probably never be one. As far as my research went I did call NSDM and asked about it. I understand that this is not enough for you. And this is the first I have ever heard of funding shortage and I will try to find a link to something for you. I have already sent emails to John Leo and will call him ASAP. He is listed as a contact on Black Sea Minerals. I know this is also not what you want and I do promise I will try to find. As far as funding shortage I also would like verification from you. Not just a poster who can just be spreading rumors. A solid third party verification the same as you want from me. Till then I will not believe it. I do hope however we can find this out one way or the other. To be honest I do not think there was a shortage as thier site still stands and contacts still there. Either way it will be a good indicator to how Walter does business I agree. I did however just found this. It is filings that have been kept up as far as 4/11/03 and does list all people involved in Black Sea. Hope this will help a little for you.

As for your OTCBB listing they have started process over a month ago. September 18th was announcement giving them plenty of time as they are also doing audit already. And yes I do have a link for that.
