I think you've summarized it well... but missed a few key parts -
including the former:BIOAQ now has no patents with Cargill's yeasts, and that Origin is building their own plant in Sarnia and not taking over the former:BIOAQ aka LCYB plant.

And they use totally different feeds, right? One is corn sludge and the other is wood pulp, right?
