They will be holders especially if they are investing $10 mil. They wont make profit if they dump all their shares at current price as it would cause dilution and i bet they have certain conditions which were not disclosed that would prevent them from diluting the shareholders short term. They would need the price above 30-40cents before they can cash out without completely destroying the SP. Look at the potential of this stock in future. They know where its headed. Similar to how they kept their shares in SHMP until its above 40 cents before they started diluting.
