perhaps I am reading this news wrong and someone feel free to correct me if I am.

however the press release doesn't say they are taking on a new note from GHS. It says they are selling them shares outright at a discount for up to $10 million.

They are using this to pay off notes they have accrued to avoid even steeper dilution of those notes.

furthermore GHS wouldn't be buying equity just to dump it right away in my opinion. If they wanted to do that they just would have issued another note if they could. Perhaps I am wrong and they will turn around and sell shares right away but this deal looks to me like GHS wants a piece of the pie not a short term gain.
