Past - Audited financials, for months until audit firm quit before audit finished!

Present - audited financials, a substantial period has passed, still no audit.

Past - RLTR would uplist, never happened!

Present- RLTR going to Nasdaq, does not have close to the requirements!

And anyone could go on and on!
