Mexus was openly using investor input to keep St Elena current until regained 100% by eviction of MarMar by mid '18 court order.



No they were not. There was nothing open about Mexus funding the operations Mexus was claiming Mar Mar was funding. The whole point of the JV was Mar MAr was bringing the funding.

Now there's an admission some investors were privy to the Mar Mar sham before it was publicly known. This is troubling...

Why are some investors being allowed access and involved with legal audits and payments to be reported on upcoming 10Q while others aren't privy to any of this information?
