A point well stated. Mexus brings nothing to the negotiating table other than some thrown together backyard refuse equipment. The backhoe, milling equipment, CAT and trucks have some value on the open market. Unless I'm mistaken, the land value mostly lies in leases. To date, there has been no
substantive evaluation of any property owned or leased by Mexus US.other than "estimates" submitted by Lemas whose bona fides are questionable.
Not a substantial posture from which to negotiate.
