SNVP was given a CE determination in March, not a few days ago, after a fake tweet.

E-trade stopped selling CE securities in April (May?). You can only sell them through E-trade, you cannot buy them.

It is NOT gray market. It is still pink.

It will go to the gray market after Sept. 28th 2021 if it is not brought current, though the SEC "suggests" that all companies file May 31st.
