We can all agree they have the equipment in there, but there will be some welding, flanged connections and of course all the electrical that will have to be done before it can be operational. That being said if he has all the stuff and the people are there to work it will go quick for the journey to being able to run. There will still need to be the startup type testing and then once they get it tuned, the DEM can come and perform their testing so that they could actually get cranked up and processing MW. So end of the year seems like a doable schedule for operational with some fluff for the hiccups that always come with construction. IMO
