As you ruminate on what could have been remember that only a handful of shares sold at $0.44. Any selling of ten thousand share lots at that time would have caused the PPS to drop precipitously -- as validated by its current value. So, yes you could have sold then but you would not have received any where near $0.44 a share. So you are not out as much as you think.
