still don't quite understand... but no matter...i'll let this one play out for at least a while longer

but out of curiosity... if i'm the entity actually buying this shell, just how much would i be willing to pay for it? admittedly, a clean shell is a valuable asset...perhaps a VERY valuable asset for the buyer but...with 2.3 billion (AWGI) shares out, surely not a buck a share !

or...am i missing some major info re how this all works...and what is reasonable to expect? hope so....
