Where Sierra was to Merge with Medley Capital Corporation in 2020 Sierra backed out of the deal in May of 2020. Back then Medly had ticker of MCC which no longer exist. Now we have Medly Management (MDLY) which is linked to on Sierra’s Website. I may be wrong but I’m thinking Sierra has severed ties to anything “Medly” and they simply have not update their website.
