what region has never seen war/insurrection etc etc? another good point though about outside influences have a negative effect on region (nice to know that this continues to this day).

I believe that Zionism started in the very late 1800’s. this is the time frame (20 century) to which I was referring.

anyway what has that got to do with palestine?
