Last year we at this time, we had bad convertible debt, and a note with unfavorable terms(which was used to pay for S800) and lots of dilution.

Now we have very little convertible debt and favorable notes in exchange for capital with much better terms and as they need it to fund future growth, whatever that might be. Plus they have a CFO and management to go along with that growth. Yes, there's still dilution which does suck for us shareholders, but it's all very controlled and someone snatching those shares up. Dilution is ok if done for growth, as it will be beneficial for all shareholders in the long run.

So the company is doing the right things.
It takes money to make money, and the capital is needed, and the investor(s) know the risk, and it is favorable.

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
Please do not buy, sell, hold based on my opinion!
